This Site describes Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Installation, Seamless Gutter Installation, Gutter Repair Service, Leaf Guard Installation, Downspout Repair, Commercial Gutter Service, Gutter Maintenance provided by Affordable Exteriors. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Affordable Exteriors or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Affordable Exteriors may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Affordable Exteriors makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Affordable Exteriors's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Affordable Exteriors from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Updates. Affordable Exteriors reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
